Cassie Stokes of Lake Life Realty/COMPASS responded immediately to my October 30 call, and came to look my Moultonborough property the next day. She prepared everything quickly; listed the property on November 14; and scheduled the open house for November 18. On the 17th, Cassie presented us with a full price cash offer, which we accepted. Closing was December 8, only 40 days after my call to them! She was very responsive, professional, speedy and a real pleasure to deal with. Hiring Brie Stephens from Lake Life Realty was the best decision my sisters and I made.
