Brie's early exposure to these pristine lakes ignited her fascination with real estate, setting her on a path of discovery that began as a young teenager. At just 13 years old, she was already cruising Lake Winnipesaukee aboard her Boston Whaler, armed with a camera and real estate magazines, on a mission to study and compare homes. Her family's roots in the region trace back to the 1800s, further deepening her connection to this beautiful area.

But it's not just the real estate that captivates Brie; it's the water itself. Her favorite summer pastime is immersing herself in the water and indulging in water sports. Brie's passion for wake surfing is well-known, and she often extends invitations to others to join her on her boat, where she imparts her expertise and shares the joy of cruising Lake Winnipesaukee. As the captain of her vessel, she now cherishes the experience of passing on this love for the water to her daughter, Summer Stephens, all while their loyal golden retriever, Braun, enjoys the wind's embrace from the bow.

In Moultonborough, Brie is deeply engaged within her community. She dedicates herself to showcasing local businesses and highlights her husband's company, Stephens Landscaping, and its remarkable projects throughout the lakes and mountains. As a member of the NH & Lakes Region Home Builders Association, she holds the role of Vice President of Affiliates on the Executive Board and has co-chaired their annual Parade of Homes event for seven consecutive years. Brie has also served as a public official on the Town of Moultonborough's Planning Board for three years and sits as a board member for the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce.

Notably, Brie's Client Choice Charity Program reflects her commitment to giving back. She pledges a portion of every real estate commission to a charity of her clients' choice, demonstrating her dedication to enriching the Lakes and Mountains of Central New Hampshire, both personally and philanthropically. Stephanie has been fortunate to call the Lakes Region home her entire life. Growing up in the Wolfeboro community and along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee has allowed her to experience all the amenities, first hand. Whether it’s the best place to watch fireworks on the 4th of July or the top choice for an ice cream sundae (hands down – Bailey’s Bubble) she loves to share her authentic local knowledge with clients.
After graduating from The University of New Hampshire, and working in the nutrition and community health field, she turned to real estate as an opportunity to share her knowledge of the area she grew up in and excitement for what the local communities have to offer. Passing along that sense of community and lake culture is at the core of the message she shares with clients.
Since jumping into real estate, life has not slowed down! Stephanie and her husband, a refueler on the KC-46 at Pease, are parents to twin boys, Ford & Wells, and daughter Emerson and have recently established deeper roots moving into their new home in Wolfeboro. Spending time boating on the water with family and friends is something she looks forward to all year. When not working, she is an active member on the Board of Trustees at the New Hampshire Boat Museum working on capital campaign efforts and events.

Jennifer Downing is a creative and driven Marketing Assistant at Lake Life Realty, where she leverages her keen eye for detail and organizational prowess to enhance the company's branding and communication efforts. Growing up in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, Jennifer has a deep connection to the Lakes Region, which she channels into creating compelling content that resonates with both clients and the community. With an associate's degree in Business Administration from Lakes Region Community College, Jennifer brings a strong business acumen to her marketing strategies, ensuring that they are both innovative and effective.
Before transitioning to marketing, Jennifer spent seven years as a certified universal banker at Meredith Village Savings Bank, where she developed her financial expertise and strengthened her relationship-building skills. This experience allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her current role, enhancing the way Lake Life Realty communicates its services to potential clients.
Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy in spending time with her high school sweetheart and husband, Cullen, as well as their two black Labrador retrievers, Ava and Cora. She loves to express her creativity in the kitchen, where she enjoys baking and cooking for friends and family. Music is a big part of her life, and Luke Combs' country hits are always on repeat. Jennifer is also an identical mirror twin to her sister, Allyson Davis, a bond that has been a lifelong source of inspiration and support.

Cassie Stokes is a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire. She has lived in the NH Lakes Region for over ten years now and first moved to New Hampshire to attend Plymouth State University where she graduated with her degree in Childhood Studies and went on to continue graduate work specializing in English as a Second Language. From there, she began working in various positions within the restaurant industry, allowing her to meet many wonderful local individuals and develop her skills in customer relationship management. She brings her love of lake life to NH from her upbringing in the Lakes Region of Maine.
Taking drives to look at land and homes for sale quickly became a past time hobby for Cassie and has now led to her pursuing a career in real estate. With many relatives and close friends connected with the military, Cassie has a passion for assisting Veterans with their home sale and purchase needs.
Cassie is a member of the Central NH Chamber of Commerce where she supports local businesses and assists with their presence on social media. Cassie is always available to help you with all your real estate needs whether it be buying or selling!
When Cassie isn't working you can find her attending a live concert, or trying out a new restaurant. She also enjoys playing guitar and collecting old records!

Erin, originally from Norwood, MA, has deep ties to the Lakes Region, where she spent summers and winters vacationing with family. Her grandparents’ summer home on Treasure Island on Lake Winnipesaukee sparked her love for the area, and after her family moved to Gilford, it became home. Erin earned her degree in Geography, Travel & Tourism from Plymouth State University, which led her to work in corporate travel and biotech sales in Boston.
After four years in the city, Erin returned to the Lakes Region to enjoy the natural beauty and be closer to family. As the Operations Coordinator for Lake Life Realty, she brings her expertise in real estate and operations to support the team’s growth and success.
In addition to her role at Lake Life Realty, Erin is dedicated to her community. She serves as a Board Member for the Gilford Got Lunch program and volunteers annually. Erin lives in Gilford with her husband, Mike, their 9-year-old son, and their dog, Barkley. She enjoys boating, skiing, hiking, and attending live music events—one of her highlights was seeing Bruce Springsteen live!
