Alton was also in the top 3 and one of the 6 towns to have a list to sale price ratio of more than 100% ending the month with 103.28% average.

5 new listings came on the market in Center Harbor last month while 2 closed. The 2 properties to close brought the average list to sale price ratio to 108.16%, the highest out of all the towns surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee and included in this report!

Gilford
Gilford was also one of the four towns to have the most new listings come on the market last month with a total of 21. It is also one of only two towns to have a list to sale price ratio under 100% ending August with 92.64%. Just three days short of Alton, Gilford's average days on market was 57 days.

21 was a popular number in August! 21 new listings came on the market in Laconia and exactly 21 sold! One of the properties to close was our listing at 104 Oak St that went under agreement in just five days and sold for $55k OVER ASKING PRICE!

16 new listings came on the market last month in Meredith while 8 sold. Of those 8, we are happy to have been able to represent the sellers of 18 Gould Ave Unit 2 and 93 Spindle Point. Spindle Point closed for $2,255,250!

Moultonborough was the town that saw the most sold listings in the month of August with a total of 25! Of those 25 to close we were able to represent the sellers, buyers or both on 11! A few that stand out are 116 Toltec Point Rd that closed for $1.45M, 15 Clearwater Point Rd that closed for $1,106,000, and 35 Leeward Shores Rd that closed for $3.2M!
