Alton
In November, ten properties closed with an average sales price for the month more than double what it was in the previous year. Overall, the average days on market for the year went down in the month of November by eight days. Ten new listings hit the market last month, the second highest amount following Laconia.
Center Harbor
Four sold listings closed in November which is quite the increase compared to zero in November 2018. Just as last year, only one new property hit the market in the month of November and there was only one property to go under agreement as well.
Gilford
Gilford had one of the highest amount of listings close in November with 16 sold properties, just a few behind Laconia with 27. Seven new properties hit the market last month, the same amount as November of the previous year. The average days on market increased over 23% when comparing November this year and last.
Laconia
Laconia had the most sold listings, the most new listings, and tied for the most properties to go under agreement in November. Twenty-seven sold properties closed last month, two of which we happy to assist with. We were able to help a client buy their home in Laconia and another sell their home.

Meredith
Meredith was on the higher end for sold listings in November ending the month with 13. Meredith also tied for the most properties to go under agreement and had one of the higher new listings hit the market.

Moultonborough
In November, Moultonborough had one of the highest amount of properties to close one of which was our listing at 116 Long Point. Five new properties hit the market last month, one being our land listing located on Route 25 with 549 feet of road frontage on 22+ acres.

Tuftonboro
It was a slow month for Tuftonboro with only two sold listings, two listings under agreement and no new properties to hit the market.
The infamous Cheney Farm is for sale in Tuftonboro! It has been in the same family for over 100 years and can continue to run as a working farm should the new home owners wish!
Wolfeboro
In November, twelve listings sold and four new properties hit the market. Wolfeboro also had one of the highest amount of properties to go under agreement last month with a total of 7. When comparing November 2018 to 2019, the volume sold was almost double!
