Alton
Six properties sold in Alton last month, and 22 new properties hit the market. We are happy to be representing the buyers on one of the nine properties in Alton to go under agreement in June. Aside from properties under contract and average days on market, it seems like June of last year was a better month than this year; there were more sold and new listings and the list to sell ratio was better.
Center Harbor
One of the two properties to close in June was our property at 16 Tufts Lane which closed for $490,000. Our other listing at 13 Tufts Lane went under contract last month, one of the three to do so in Center Harbor last month.

Six properties went under agreement in Gilford last month, and 23 new listings hit the market. Gilford had the send highest amount of listings close in June ending the month with 19.

Laconia had a great month in June! Laconia had the best numbers in all three categories: most sold properties, most properties under agreement and most new listings. We currently represent the buyer of one of the condos under agreement and we represented the buyers of 1207 Old N Main St that closed last month.
