Last month Alton saw 7 listings close and 7 new listings come on the market, both just 3 shy of November of 2019. Alton was 1 of 4 towns around Lake Winnipesaukee that had a list to sale price ratio over 100%. This means that homes are selling for over asking price, the market is on fire! The median sales price saw a 68.38% increase when comparing the month of November in 2019 and 2020.
Center Harbor
3 listings closed in Center Harbor last month while 1 new listings came on the market. The averages days on market is the lowest out of all the towns surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee with just 12 days! Gilford was just a few days more at 15 DOM. The list to sale ration was just shy of 100% wrapping up the month with a 1.87% increase at 99.62%.
Gilford
Along with Moultonborough, Gilford also saw 21 listings close in November. 10 new properties came on while 4 went under agreement. Just 3 days more that Center Harbor with the lowest days on market average, Gilford ended the month with just 15 DOM average and a 98.24% list to sale ratio!
Laconia
Laconia had a busy November ending the month with the most sold listings, the most new listings, and the most listings to go under agreement! Interestingly, Laconia had one of the higher days on market averages with 63 days.
Meredith
16 homes closed in Meredith last month, 2 of which we had the luxury of representing the buyer and seller of. 2 Keyser Rd our buyers purchased and absolutely love! The other was our listing at 24 Blake Rd that closed for $27k over asking price in just SIX DAYS!
Moultonborough
Moultonborough had a big month with 21 closings, 3 of which we represented! Our sellers' property at 13 Evergreen Dr closed in just 7 days! We also listed 431 Sheridan Rd that closed in 6 days for $5k over ask! Our buyers purchased 15 Alderberry Lane, a Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront property that closed for over $2.6M.
Tuftonboro
A total of 8 listings closed in Tuftonboro in November while 6 new properties hit the market. Tuftonboro had one of the lowest days on market averages out of all the Lake Winnipesaukee towns with just 16 days.

Wolfeboro
Wolfeboro had one of the most listings close last month, just 1 behind Gilford and Moultonborough! 10 new properties came on the market while 3 went under agreement.
