Cassie Stokes of Lake Life Realty/COMPASS responded immediately to my October 30 call, and came to look my Moultonborough property the next day. She prepared everything quickly; listed the property on November 14; and scheduled the open house for November 18. On the 17th, Cassie presented us with a full price cash offer, which we accepted. Hiring Brie Stephens from Lake Life Realty was the best decision my sisters and I made. Our Parents had passed away and we were left with the task of clearing out 50 years of life from our childhood home on Lake Winnipesaukee and selling our family home. It seemed like a daunting task.
